I think I have finally figured this blog site out, although I am sure there is more to it, and I will be working on it as I go.
Take a look at my "Posts worth revisiting" because there is a lot of great information there.
I will be setting up a Restaurant review page also so you can follow the local food scene " As I taste it" and yes that is the title.
And I really want to comment on some of the comments that come in, so here take a read.
1. It's my blog, informative, opinionated, and hopefully funny
2. I review all kinds of Restaurants because I want to not because someone pays me too.
3. This isn't YELP so you may THINK you know food but you probably don't, I DO and I have the awards, certificates and experience to prove it, so whether you like it or not TOUGH (shit) refer to item 1.
And lastly I am not a mean spirited person I try to find the best in every place I write a review on and I will comment on the bad, but mostly I want to write about FOOD and how much I love what I do, I will share all my experiences and recipe and everything good around the table!
