This is a great BBQ, I was able to cook on it and if you take a look at my blog on The Big Green Egg you will know why I am so excited about the possibilities of what can be done on this BBQ, take a look and then give Paul or Chris a call they own the joint, and if they are not there the entire staff is awesome just tell them Chef Glenn sent you, enjoy your new EGG!
I have been adding to my collection of All-Clad cookware lately and getting very frustrated with Ebay and places like that so I did a search and found factorydirect2you and I have to tell you this site is awesome!
not only are the prices great but more importantly than that if there is ever an issue with your order they actually answer the phone when you call them (imagine that) :) and yes I am smiling because I screwed my order up this week and they sent me a different style, so when I called them Hal said no problem I will send you out the new ones right away and here is the return order for the ones to send back, then customer service followed up and all is good!
It is great to find a company that really cares about its customers, Factorydirect2you.com is one of those company's, I will be shopping and spreading the word about them!
