Last weekend I had the pleasure to cook for about 100 people at the annual Sono-Marin Fair! home of the Ugliest Dog Contest (I know I know ) but is is really a world wide event------ok back to the food. I made home made Dungeness Crab Ravioli! and it was great to share the recipes and how to make the Ravioli with so many people.
I have been doing this event for three years now and it is nice to see so many people return year after year, and of course all of the new fans of great food (I am not blowing my own horn here, there were several great Chefs in attendants) but what the heck I did make a awesome Crab Ravioli.
I wanted to give a big thanks to Patty Crone the Culinary director of the Fair, she volunteers every year to organize all of us (diva chefs) and get us excited about the event and that is no small task!
but she seems to pull it all together and for that she deserves a big ATTA GIRL
All of the sponsors that give so much to the event also, Oliver's Market, La Tortilla Factory, Straus Family Creamery, and G&G Market. with all of their incredible local products! and just all of the people and businesses that give so much especially in these challenging financial times.
